Once you make a purchase, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and an order number. Click "Track My Order" at the top of our website. You will then be given the option to track your order using your tracking number, or your order number and your email address.

We keep our prices lower than our competitors because instead of holding stock in a warehouse, we hold very minimal stock and custom-make most orders. It can take 3-5 days to package orders depending on demand, and between 1-4 weeks to arrive at your doorstep depending on your location.

Yes! We ship to the vast majority of the countries around the world.

Orders can be canceled before the shipping process begins. However, once a product has been shipped, it is out of our hands and in the hands of the shipping carriers. Products can be returned within 7 days of arrival. Please view Return And Exchanges for more information.

This means that orders containing custom-made items may take longer to fulfill compared to other items that are readily available. We ship items as soon as they're ready which is why you might receive items at different times.
