Custom Order Terms and Conditions in relation to custom items on our website

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that all products we create for you are bespoke, custom-made items. These products are specifically manufactured once your order is confirmed. We do not maintain stock, and the production of your goods begins only after your order is placed. You further agree that you do not have the right to change your mind regarding digital products delivered immediately. Except in cases where the goods, including digital products, are faulty, you have no right to cancel or return the products if they are not defective or damaged. All orders are final. This does not affect your legal rights.

We have a generous return and refund policy. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Unacceptable Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Requests

Non-obvious color differences: Due to variations in the raw materials used and our printing processes, the final product may differ in color from the mockup. We reserve the right to refuse returns in these cases.
Incorrect shipping address: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or re-shipment for orders with incorrect shipping addresses.
Size issues: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for size issues. Please carefully review the size chart before placing your order.

Acceptable Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Requests

Lost packages in transit: Claims must be submitted within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. If the error is on our part, we will cover the cost of re-shipping.
Misprinted, damaged, or defective items: Claims for these issues must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Incorrect size: If the size tag on the product or package does not match the order, we will accept a return or exchange.

General Information

If a shipment is unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package if you want it reshipped.
